These terms and conditions run alongside our standard terms and do not replace them.

Do not travel if you or anyone in your party are feeling unwell or are showing any symptoms of Covid-19.

Should you or any of your party become unwell whilst on site, you must immediately return to your primary home residence and self isolate following the current NHS/Government advice.  Self isolating is strictly prohibited in the holiday accommodation or any other accommodation on the park (Government advice and Park Rules).  In this instance please call or text Lisa on 07771 707349 to advise that you have left due to suspected coronavirus symptoms.

Check in time is strictly 4pm.  Please do not arrive on site before you have received a text from Lisa to advise that the caravan is ready for use.  Lisa will text you to supply the key code and directions to the caravan to once all of the cleaning procedures are complete.

Bedding is not included,  please bring your own,  we do however provide pillows and duvets and mattress/pillow protectors.   You will need to bring your own towels/tea towels.

Cleaning is completed after every guest use.  We will be allowing a maximum of 4 or 6 people in the caravans depending on number of bedrooms and there is to be no sleeping in the living area to prevent contamination of the furniture.

We will be paying particular attention to high touch areas and will be wiping all hard surfaces with disinfectant.  All soft furnishings will be sprayed with disinfectant.

Please be stringent with hand washing and the use of hand sanitiser throughout your stay to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Please help by keeping the caravan clean and wiping over high touch areas with disinfectant wipes regularly throughout your stay.

Covid-19 refund/cancellation policy.

If the holiday park is open and you request a cancellation you will be offered a change of date free of charge and if available a new non refundable deposit will be required to confirm the dates to you.  As a gesture of good will, any deposit/balance already paid from the previous booking will be deducted from the final balance of the new holiday dates.  Please note that if you select a lower priced break and have already paid in full we will refund the difference, or if the cost of your stay is higher you will need to pay any outstanding difference.  If you still request to cancel, standard cancellation terms and conditions will apply and you will have to claim via your holiday insurance company.  This also applies to areas experiencing local lock downs/tier restrictions, if your area is locked down due to government rulings and are unable to travel, we will offer you a change of date free of charge, a new non refundable deposit will need to be paid,  if the cost of your stay is higher you will need to pay any outstanding difference.  If the cost of the holiday is less, and you have already paid more than the new price, a refund of the difference will be made. Any cancellation will be as per standard terms and conditions, and will have to be claimed back via your travel insurance.

If the holiday park is closed when you are due to take your holiday, you will be offered a full refund of any monies already paid or a transfer free of charge to a future date on which all monies already paid will be transferred to the new holiday dates.

Should the holiday park have to close on government advice whilst you are staying with us, you must immediately pack up your belongings taking note of our terms and conditions and return to your primary residence, in this instance, a pro-rata refund will be provided taking into account the number of nights that you have stayed with us.

We cannot be held responsible for any facilities that are temporarily unavailable or closed on park as these are provided by Parkdean Resorts at an additional charge to you.
